Order Processing:
Once you place your order, we get to packing right away. Your order will be processed within 1-2 business days.
We handle orders Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays. If you order over the weekend or on a holiday, we’ll start processing it the next business day.
Shipping Method and Delivery Time:
We ship all orders using USPS (United States Postal Service) to ensure your jewelry arrives safely.
After processing, your package will arrive within 2-5 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information as soon as your order ships, so you can follow its journey to your door.
Shipping Area:
Currently, we ship only within the United States. We hope to offer international shipping soon, so stay tuned!
Delivery times are estimates and might vary due to factors like holidays, weather, or postal delays, but we will do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Order Tracking:
You can easily track your order using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
Just visit the USPS website and enter your tracking number for the latest updates.
Undeliverable Packages:
If your package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll reach out to you to arrange reshipment.
Please note that additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
While we pack your jewelry with care, we’re not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they’re with USPS.
If something happens to your package in transit, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. We’re here to support you throughout the process.
