Returns & Exchanges

At Bellington Boutique, we want you to love your new jewelry. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re open to returns and are here to help.

Return Period: 

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or exchange. We believe this gives you plenty of time to fall in love with your jewelry, but also enough time to decide if it’s not quite right.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it – unworn, unused, and in its original box packaging. We understand you need to try it on, but please take good care of it in the meantime.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to bellingtonboutique@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. This information will allow us to guide you through the process.
  2. Package Your Item: Securely package your item in a bubble mailer or box, including all original packaging and materials.
  3. Ship Your Return: We’ll provide you with a return shipping label. Simply print it out, attach it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest USPS location.

Free Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping is free on all domestic orders. We want to make the return process as hassle-free as possible for you.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days. Please note that it may take some time for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

Exchanges:

If you’d like to exchange your item for a different size, color, or style, please let us know when you contact us to initiate your return. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at bellingtonboutique@gmail.com. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue quickly, whether that means sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
